Geigerville is a sculpture, a blog and a shop.

Geigerville is a sculpture of current affairs. I am very fond of objects, buildings, technologies and situations that – provided an imaginative mind – are complex and complicated in the most peculiar way. Nuclear power plants are a perfect example of that. However, I do find the stoic ‚face’ of an ATM looking at you with distain while you’re trying to withdrawl your last penny just as fullfilling as taking your car for a spin in late summer, riding into the over satuated sunset (provided by the all present climate change). A mix of melancholy and beauty.

These ‚diaramas’ are inspiration to scuptures and objects of art, one of which is Geigerville. I’d like to enhance this fondness of mine, and to share it with you. So I invite you to send me pictures and other media showing nuclear power plants and what comes with them. You know, think of them as the weird, cute Angel from Hell we keep at bay.

There is an Online Shop to ship the sculpture worldwide. Everybody should own their own power plant to put in their window or on a night stand. Or next to the baby’s crib. Didn’t you always want your very own nuclear power plant? I know, I did.
